Our Philosophy: Integrity over Velocity
Each of our creations is a tangible piece of stillness in a world defined by noise and haste. To preserve this essence, we have crafted a shipping process that is as deliberate as our artistry. At STILLNEO, we believe the journey of an object is as vital as its destination, ensuring that the profound quiet of our studio arrives at your doorstep exactly as it was conceived. It is our deepest hope that when you finally unbox your piece, you will feel the exact same energy of peace and perfection that existed the very moment it left our hands.

1. PROCESSING TIME (BEFORE IT LEAVES)

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. THE JOURNEY (SHIPPING TIMES)

To ensure your artwork arrives without a scratch, we utilize specialized logistics routes that handle packages with extreme care.

  • Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days

Note: While we aim for speed, we never compromise the safety of the art.

3. SUBSIDIZED SHIPPING RATES

We believe you should pay for the Art, not the logistics. Realistically, shipping fragile items internationally costs upwards of $30-50 per box.

Our Promise: We absorb the majority of this cost. You will only be charged a small Flat Rate (9.8$) to cover the essential handling fees.

4. DUTIES & TAXES (TRANSPARENT PRICING)

Website Orders: All import duties and taxes are pre-covered by STILLNEO. The price you see at checkout is the final price. You will never receive an unexpected bill from customs.

5. OUR COMMITMENT: YOUR PEACE OF MIND

At STILLNEO, our responsibility doesn’t end at the post office. We stand by your order until it is safely settled in its new place within your home—exactly where you envisioned it.

  • Damaged Items: If your piece arrives with any damage from its journey, we will provide a complimentary replacement. To honor this guarantee, please contact us at contact@stillneo.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the unboxing. We will handle the rest to ensure your sanctuary remains perfect.

  • Lost in Transit: Your investment is secure with us. If your tracking states "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please contact us immediately. No matter what happens during the journey, we guarantee that you will receive the masterpiece you ordered.

A Note on Logistics: While we are the creators of your pieces, the transit is handled by our trusted third-party partners. Therefore, while we guarantee the safety and arrival of your order, we cannot directly influence the exact speed or delivery time once it leaves our studio. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize your piece's integrity over velocity.
